Here at Dekindle we have tried to consider all things that might impact on a separation, and property settlement. There are though, some things, or events, that we just can’t calculate.
It happens that in some circumstances, one partner might steal from the other. As inconceivable as this might seem, it happens. Imagine one partner syphoning funds to support a third person. Imagine, one partner signing the other partner’s name on a contract, a mortgage document, or something else of high value. It happens, and we believe this to be the duty of another body to examine these happenings.
Dekindle is about providing a good, equitable solution to an eternal problem, not detecting illegal activity. Use it for what its worth, not something it can’t be.
